Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"-No work life Balance - Bad Insurance - Benefits are not great"

Former Employee - Marketing Coordinator says

"No structure, vision or strategy. Be prepared to be at the whim of the owner, who is as temperamental as he is out of touch. Things changed week to week, so flexibility is necessary and so is patience. Lots of turnover. This company is a direct competitor of infogroup (same product, same founder, same leadership team but much smaller) do a quick google search for how their history panned out. As a young professional, Infofree provided me with valuable lessons: always research a company's history and founder, if a company's culture doesn't fit your ethical views it's best to be an employee elsewhere and if you see clear signs of sexism and harassment in an office it's time to go! When I interviewed for subsequent jobs, people would smirk when I mentioned Infofree and ask me how that was going. Locally, the leadership team doesn't have a good rap and larger companies know it. I haven't been with the company for a while, so maybe things have changed but I doubt it."

Customer Representative says

"Terrible representation for the company to be executed to the customer. Scam. No retention in clients is a priority, want to rip off any customer who will sign up, then drop them. No retention with employees. Seen turnover tremendously. If you know to much or ask questions they will fire you. NO policies."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Many of the sales staff have been with the company for 2+ years or more. Good employees have a home with infofree.com for as long as they wish..."

Current Employee - Manager says

"*Completely inept ownership *C-level leaders that are powerless to influence an owner who's out of touch and doesn't care about his employees *An owner completely out of touch with the real world and yet thinks he's a genius *C-level leaders that under-cut one another and fight for favorable position with the owner (at the company's expense). *A truly broken company culture. *Their idea of benefits is a 401(k) with no match and Obamacare (@ $975 per month with a $4,000 deductible for a couple)"

Current Employee - Software Engineer says

"more work ...even u get to do work for extra hours , week ends ...not a good environment for work ...no team work ..lack of leadership and organisation ....they don't have good wash rooms either .. the salary is less than base salary ....no 401k match ..."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Poor commission and they pushed back commission."

Account Executive (Former Employee) says

"A typical day consists of making at least 200 calls to people and try to sell them a misleading software program. The owner is an unethical man and constantly would lower commission rates."

Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) says

"No job or role is safe. Lack of communication between management and employees. Decisions are made at the owners whim. This creates a working environment that is not consistent.CompensationNo advancement."
